I started at the intention project 3 months post partum after a super difficult pregnancy and spending a long time looking for a gym that would be a good fit for me. They provided tons of alternative lifts and movements for me while I slowly gained my strength back. This gym isn't just for intense gym goers but also those who are either looking to get back into fitness or are just starting their fitness journey.
